      制备了掺杂不同双金属氧化物Fe2O3-CeO2 (Fe-Ce)、CeO2-ZrO2 (Ce-Zr)和ZrO2-Fe2O3 (Zr-Fe)的催化型柴油机颗粒物捕集器(CDPF)样品,采用活性评价系统研究掺杂成分对CDPF催化性能的影响。结果表明,对CO、C3H8和NO的催化活性方面,按照强弱顺序依次为Fe-Ce,Zr-Fe,Ce-Zr;抗劣化性能方面,3种CDPF新鲜样品对CO,NO的催化均具有较强的抗劣化性,对C3H8催化的抗劣化性能强弱依次为Ce-Zr,Fe-Ce,Zr-Fe;选择性方面,新鲜样品对CO、C3H8和NO的选择性强弱依次为Fe-Ce,Zr-Fe,Ce-Zr;老化样品对CO和NO的选择性为Fe-Ce,Ce-Zr,Zr-Fe,高温时对C3H8的选择性强弱依次为Fe-Ce,Zr-Fe,Ce-Zr。

      CDPF samples doped with Fe2O3-CeO2 (Fe-Ce), CeO2-ZrO2 (Ce-Zr) and ZrO2-Fe2O3 (Zr-Fe) were prepared to study the effects of the doped bimetal oxides on catalytic performance of CDPF. The result shows that the catalytic activity sequence of CO, C3H8 and NO is Fe-Ce>Zr-Fe>Ce-Zr. These fresh CDPF samples have high resistances to deterioration for CO and NO. The sequence of resistance to deterioration for C3H8 is Ce-Zr>Fe-Ce>Zr-Fe. The catalytic selectivity of fresh samples for CO, C3H8 and NO is in the following order: Fe-Ce> Zr-Fe> Ce-Zr. The sequence of catalytic selectivity of aged samples for CO and NO is Fe-Ce> Ce-Zr>Zr-Fe. At high temperatures, the sequence of catalytic selectivity of aged samples for C3H8 is Fe-Ce> Zr-Fe> Ce-Zr.
